Duncan has been teaching yoga since 2007. He has trained in multiple styles of yoga (from contemporary practices like Power Yoga and SmartFlow to traditional practices like Iyengar and Ashtanga). Duncan became a personal trainer in 2012 and went on to teach different styles of group fitness. Originally from Canada, he now lives in Melbourne, Australia. Duncan has taught at some of Canada's and Australia's most recognized fitness and yoga studios. He runs workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings globally. Duncan's teaching style can be loud and fun, as well as grounded and soft. HOV online studio is Duncan's world of movement combining mindful traditional practices and contemporary practices. Duncan is forever grateful for his teachers that have taught him more than he could have ever dreamed : Annie Carpenter, Jason Crandell, Ron Reid, David Earle and Nadia Potts.
