1. ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

i. Members of the HOV may not share, give or sell their login details or password to any other person or entity

ii. HOV’s online content is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age and by providing information about yourself to HOV you are representing that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
 

2. ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

i. All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated.

ii. You acknowledge and agree that prices will vary depending on the type of Subscription as well as the region you are located.

iii. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each month or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month or year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular, if your payment method has not successfully been charged.

iv. Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your online membership through to the end of your current billing period.

3. ONLINE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

i. You may cancel your online membership at any time for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your online membership settings or email [email protected]

ii. Following a cancellation, you will lose access to your membership at the end of your billing period, either monthly or annually.

4. TERMINATION

i. I agree that HOV may terminate my membership without notice for illegal, offensive or inappropriate behaviour, as determined by HOV, which occurs on HOV’s online environments or is directed at HOV’s staff, members or participants.

5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS + CONDITIONS

i. We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

ii. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

iii. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
