PHILOSOPHY: BEGINNER'S MIND (33 MINS)
Welcome to one of our sample lectures from the 40HR Immersion. This is a lecture centred around what the Japanese call shoshin - a beginner's mind. In this lecture I discuss the value of having a beginner's mind and how it can help us in certain circumstances to be more open-minded, attentive and curious. This is incredibly important as we grow older and often become more close minded.
Throughout the course you will have other philosophy lectures, you will have 60-70min progressive vinyasa classes, asana labs- where you will break down yoga poses, meditation and breath practices, and some practical anatomy + physiology lectures relating to the practice of yoga. I hope to have you join me on this 40hr immersion!
