With a background in dance, yoga, meditation and fitness since young, Duncan has been teaching for more than 15 years and runs yoga teacher trainings around the world.
Duncan noticed that he was strongest in his yoga practice (and his body felt the best) when he did specific forms of fitness in conjunction with his ashtanga vinyāsa practice. He created HOV to share his love for yoga and pilates based conditioning that strengthen and balance a yoga practice. Originally from Canada, Duncan now calls Byron Bay, Australia his home where he films all his online content and runs his advanced vinyāsa yoga teacher trainings.

Cassie taught for many years at Pure Yoga in Hong Kong, then at Power Living in Melbourne before moving to Byron Bay where she teaches for HOV and Creature Yoga.

Mei is a ray of sunshine, full of positive vibes, has the strength of an ox and the grace of a dancer. Mei is a physiotherapist and will keep you inspired to keep going in her pilates and yoga classes with educational anatomy, jokes and her vibrant attitude. Mei spent 14 years training as an elite acrobatic gymnast, she has the tricks and tips to grow your strength and practice.
