VINYÄ€SA YOGA

A steady paced, intelligently sequenced yoga practice with greater focus on form, and alignment. This class moves at a mindful pace and is inspired by the more traditional yoga practices of Iyengar and Ashtanga. Class intensity can range from strong to chill. Some classes are curated to a playlist via Spotify. Available beginner to advanced. Class length: 15 mins - 75 mins.

POWER FLOW YOGA

Get ready to sweat! A dynamic, athletic, strong and sweaty flowing yoga practice. This class is perfect for those who love a strong contemporary yoga practice that leaves them breathless yet grounded and balanced. Some classes are curated to a playlist via Spotify. Available beginner to advanced. Class length: 15 mins- 75 mins.

INTENSO CONDITIONING

Get ready to die (in a good way)! A dynamic high energy class focused on building strength that will get the heart rate up. This is our unique combination of interval conditioning, and mat pilates that will target more of the cardiovascular system and fast twitch muscle fibres. All classes are curated to a playlist via Spotify. Class length: 20mins - 45mins. Suitable for all levels.

SCULPT PILATES

A low impact class using mat pilates and mindful conditioning to target muscular tone and joint stability. Done at a slower pace this class will strengthen the stabilising muscles as well as sculpt the body through high repetition controlled movements. No bouncing and jumping. All classes are curated to a playlist via Spotify. Class length: 15 mins - 45 mins. Suitable for all levels.

YIN YOGA STRETCH

Time to stretch, release and move inwards. A class to nourish, nurture and rejuvenate your body and mind. A calming and relaxing yoga class that focuses on passive stretching to promote deep lengthening of tight muscles to increase your flexibility. A space to soften and let go. Class length: 20 mins - 60 mins. Accessible to all levels.

PRANAMED

A class focused on the breath and energetics of yoga. Class starts with traditional yoga breathing practices (pranayama) to regulate your life force energy (and nervous system) followed by meditation to harness the power of the mind. Suitable for all levels. Class length: 10 mins – 25 mins.

DHARMA TALK

Philosophy chats for the heart and mind. In this class we discuss ancient philosophical concepts to help us on our spiritual path in this contemporary world. We use stories and philosophy to shift our perspective. Suitable for all levels. Class length: 5 mins - 20 mins.
