200HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

The gateway into the rich and transformative world of yoga. The first step to becoming a certified yoga teacher. Taught by Duncan and Cassie, held completely online, or in-person in Mullumbimby, Australia.

300HR ADVANCED VINYĀSA TRAINING

The Luminous Heart is held in-person in Mullumbimby, Australia over a 3 week intensive. It is for yoga students who have graduated from a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, and are looking to become 500HR Certified.

SHORT COURSES + IMMERSIONS

We offer two short courses online: Deepen your Practice (40HR Immersion Online with Duncan), or Sequencing for Advanced Asana (15hr Course for Students and Teachers with Cassie). More short courses coming soon.
