WHAT OUR STUDENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT THE IMMERSION
I couldn't recommend this immersion more. I've been teaching for a few years myself and have done a number of trainings but I still learned so much during this month. Duncan's take on philosophy would be one of my highlights - so insightful and relevant, and of course always hilarious in true Duncan style. I loved it!
The progression I’ve felt in my body in just 4 weeks is incredible, each class felt totally different but featured the repetition required to gain real tangible strength. The knowledge Duncan passes on through his lectures is fascinating, and the meditation sessions are led beautifully and left me feeling completely refreshed.
Thank you for creating the most comprehensive, challenging, interesting and fun 40hr yoga Intensive. Your gentle nature mixed with a sprinkle of humor, laughter and personal stories make your program that much more enjoyable. It has been years since I have been so excited to learn and now I am hooked. I’m looking forward continuing my daily practice with HOV Studio.
