- Â Morning Vinyasa Practice (2hrs)
Energizing flow sequences balanced with workshop moments focused on breaking down some intermediate poses—arm balances, inversions, backbends and hip openers—we will use props and the wall to keep the poses accessible for all different body types.Â
- Â Break (1hr)
- Â Philosophy & Alignment (1.5hr):
Gather for an interactive discussion of practical yoga philosophy—drawing on the Yoga Sūtras, and modern mindfulness—to inform how you move and live. Then, dive deep into the mechanics: learn the “why” behind key postures.
- Â Afternoon Vinyasa + Workshop Practice (1.5hr)
A shorter, focused flowing practice exploring new poses which complement the morning’s practice. Practice finishes with some restorative pranayama (breathwork) so you leave each day centered, calm, and empowered.
WHO IT'S FOR
This immersion is ideal for yoga practitioners who have been practicing vinyasa yoga for at least one year and are curious about deepening their asana practice. You’ll refine familiar poses, learn how to do new shapes ( headstand variations, handstands, arm balance variations, backbends, etc), cultivate a steadier mind, and gain tools to weave yoga’s timeless wisdom into your everyday life.
Members: $350 (register before sept 1st) $400 after
Non Members: $450 (before sept 1st) $500 after
