Founder of HOV. Duncan is your loud, sometimes quiet, always vibrant yoga and conditioning teacher. With a background in dance, yoga, meditation and fitness, Duncan has been teaching for more than 15 years and runs teacher trainings around the world. His classes are fun, light-hearted and balanced with precise teaching.

Cassie is pure yoga magic. Inspiringly smart, incredibly strong and deeply compassionate. Her love for yoga philosophy and all things anatomy shine in her classes that are full of wisdom. With over 15 years teaching experience and having trained hundreds of yoga teachers, Cassie’s teaching will take your yoga to a whole new level.

Mei is a ray of sunshine, full of positive vibes, has the strength of an ox and the grace of a dancer. Mei is a physiotherapist and will keep you inspired to keep going in her pilates and yoga classes with educational anatomy, jokes and her vibrant attitude. Mei spent 14 years training as an elite acrobatic gymnast. She has the tricks and tips to grow your strength and practice.

WHAT DO I NEED?
All you need is a yoga mat to enjoy all of our classes! Some of our classes also include the use of additional props (but we always give alternatives if you don’t have them). Props that we use in some of our yoga or pilates classes are: two yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a cushion (or bolster), light weights, and resistance bands.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is an online platform for people who love yoga, pilates, conditioning and want to become stronger, more flexible and mindful. HOV aims to strike an exciting balance between honouring more traditional yoga practices, with contemporary power yoga and pilates based conditioning. We have people of all levels on HOV from beginner to advanced. The intensity of our classes ranges from relaxing to vigorous, while the tempo varies from slow to dynamic.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT CLASS LEVELS?
Yes, we offer classes from beginner to advanced levels. We have a beginner yoga series for people newer to flow yoga that will teach you all the fundamentals. We also have intermediate and advanced level yoga classes for yogis who have been practicing for awhile, however, the vast majority of our classes are suitable for all levels.
CAN I CANCEL ANY TIME?
Yes. You can independently cancel whenever you’d like by logging into your account and clicking into settings under your profile – it’s super easy. Alternatively you can always email us and we can do it for you: [email protected]
DO YOUR CLASSES HAVE MUSIC?
Yes and no. We love music and we also love quiet. Some of our classes are curated to amazing playlists available via our Spotify - that way you can choose if you want to listen with music or not. Most of our pilates based conditioning classes have killer Spotify playlists. Some Vinyāsa and Power Yoga classes are specifically sequenced to awesome Spotify playlists as well.
I'M NEW! WHERE SHOULD I START?
If you are newer to yoga, we would recommend you start with our Beginner Series and after that progress to our Vinyasa classes. If you are brand new to pilates and conditioning – both the Intenso and Sculpt are suitable for all levels, but we’d recommend you start with the Quickie classes (30mins or less) until you build up your strength. The Pranamed classes, Yin Yoga and Dharma Talks – you can start right away.
ARE THE CLASSES PRE-RECORDED?
All of our classes are pre-recorded so that you can do them whenever you want. We release 8 new classes every week for you to complete whenever you’d like. You have access to our extensive library of 250+ saved classes.

Our classes range in length. Our yoga classes are between 15mins to 75mins, while our intenso / sculpt classes are between 15mins- 45mins. We have a section in our library called 'Quickies' where you'll find all of our classes that are 30mins or less (for when you are short on time).
