JOIN OUR 21 DAY IN-PERSON YOGA CHALLENGE AT OUR MULLUMBIMBY STUDIO

Deep dive into your practice and fine tune your inner awareness by taking 18 classes in 21 days,  starting Monday, August 4th. Complete the challenge and you'll go into a draw to win a $300 Lululemon or Divine Goddess gift voucher. 

DATES:
Monday, August 4th to Sunday, August 24th, 2025

SCHEDULE:
21 days, 18 classes. Complete six classes per week for three weeks. Attend any of the classes at HOV Mullumbimby.

CCMAP:
Community Check-In, Meditation, Alignment and Philosophy chats to deepen your yoga practice. Held  on Sunday, August 10th from 11am - 12pm at the studio. (This is an optional/not mandatory class for the challenge prize)

WhatsApp GROUP:
Stay inspired, connected and engaged during the challenge with our community via our Challenge WhatsApp group.

Join our 14 Day Chill Vinyāsa Yoga Challenge with Duncan.

This time of year can be a bit fast paced and busy, join us for a 14 day yoga challenge focused on slowing down. Each yoga classes will be a slow, chill flow that will stretch and move your body in a way that will leave you feeling present and grounded in your body. This challenge is the perfect antidote to the holiday madness, take time to centre yourself each day with Duncan for the next two weeks.

Monday December 6th to Sunday December 19th, 2021

SCHEDULE:
14 days, 14 classes. Consisting of chill vinyāsa yoga classes.  Classes range from 25min - 50minutes. Teacher: Duncan
