Classes at our Mullum studio are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, with over 30 different classes offered through the week. 

Yin is a relaxing class targeted at gentle passive stretching. Vinyasa is a dynamic flow class for all levels with a moderate intensity. Power Flow is a strong and challenging sweaty class (we recommend some prior yoga experience before attending this class). Sculpt Pilates uses hand weights, resistance bands and body weight for a targeted and gradual burn to strengthen the entire body.

After you register via email to admin@hovyoga.com, all you need to bring is yourself and a smile. Mats are provided and filtered water is on tap upstairs.

This 21 day challenge is open to all practitioners on an unlimited (fortnightly) membership or one month unlimited pass valid between August 17th - September 6th. This challenge is for everyone from advanced students looking to elevate their practice to first time yogis wanting to build strength and flexibility, increase fitness and cultivate deep mindfulness.
